With a total surface of 120m², it includes: 🔹 Ground floor: • A lovely entrance opening onto the dining room with a wood-burning stove • A bright and comfortable living room (TV) with access to the terrace, offering a stunning view of the garden and the Vallée de la Vie • A modern fully equipped kitchen • A bathroom with shower and toilet 🔹 Upstairs: • 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a private bathroom with toilet • 1 bedroom with a 140x200 bed • 1 bedroom with two single beds ✔ An electric plancha is available.
