Welcome in our fully renovated loft with oak beams, an open living space, 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. You have a private terrace, but feel free to take a walk through our 1.5 ha beautiful garden with all kinds of fruit trees. If you just want to enjoy yourself and don't feel like cooking, no problem, if you wish, you can join the table in the evening. In the morning there is even the possibility to have a nice breakfast with freshly baked croissants and baguette. You don't have to get bored here. Challenge your company to a game of petanque, Renting bicycles is also possible for a small price.
If there are musicians among you, be sure to bring your instrument. Maybe you will play an unseen duet later. You will never forget an evening of singing around the campfire accompanied by a guitar.
Bon vivants, full of "joie de vivre" and crazy about the French outdoors in the sun. For years we dreamed of an escape to France and in 2021 the time had come. We took the plunge and ended up in Montalembert, on the west coast of France, between Nantes and Bordeaux and 100 km from Larochelle. We found here a charming typical French longère with attached barn on beautiful grounds, laid out to create cozy camping corners and make a paradise where everyone can enjoy the peace, the splendor of nature, the silence, a relaxing game of petanque, the baguettes & croissants, a nice glass of wine, reading a book in the hammock... You will find it all there and we hope to meet you and let you enjoy this wonderful place.
