Close to all amenities, just 5 km from the historic center of Sarlat-la-Canéda, this single-storey house welcomes you for a relaxing and enriching stay. Accommodation: - Equipped kitchen, open to a bright living area. - Spacious and friendly dining room. - Two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200), the other with two single beds (90x190). Sheets are not provided. - Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, towel dryer, wardrobe, and hair dryer. Towels are not provided. - Separate WC. - Outside: large, partially enclosed garden with spacious terrace, swing, and barbecue.
