La Maison Thimadaise is located at 1,5 km from the historical centre of Sarlat-la-Canéda, the pearl of the Périgord Noir. Since August 2021 our holiday house is open after a complete renovation. This spacious gîte (about 120 m²) provides all the comfort and can accommodate 4 people (5th person possible upon payment of an additional fee). Since May 2022 we also have 2 luxury guest rooms: - Room La Truffe (about 25 m²) offers space for 2 persons (1 extra bed possible at an extra charge) and has a bedroom and a very luxurious bathroom with bath and shower. - Room Le Badaud is a spacious room (40 m²) with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, ideal to book as a family or friends. La Maison Thimadaise is a small-scale B&B with 1 gîte for 4 persons and 2 B&B rooms (a double room and a room for 4 persons), situated on an enclosed terrain of 4 ha, where tranquility is guaranteed and yet you are only 1,5 km away from the historical center of Sarlat-la-Canéda. Secured swimming pool (to be shared with the owners and B&B guests) and private terrace available. GÎTE LE VERGER The 120 m² holiday house offers a beautiful accommodation spread over 3 floors. Renovated and furnished with great care, you will find all the necessary comfort to spend a good vacation. The house has a living room and large equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle). On the first floor there is a room (with bed of 160 cm. or 2 x 80 cm) with private shower room and toilet. On the second floor there is the large bedroom (bed 2 m. or 2 x 1 m.) with private bathroom. On the ground floor there is a second toilet. ROOM LA TRUFFE This 2 persons room has a private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. ROOM LE BADAUD This 4 persons room has a private bathroom with bath and toilet.

The Périgord Noir (“black” as in dense oak and chestnut forests), which includes Sarlat-la-Canéda, is one of the most attractive parts of the Dordogne.
