A quiet and relaxing stay: no neighbors, first road 500 meters away and a property surrounded by fields. Parking spots for cars at your disposal, and secure shelters for motorbikes can also be found. Nearby sporting and nature activities are available too. Feel free to also check out the following: the medieval town of La Charité, the remarkable flowered village of Apremont, the panorama of Allier's beak, walking paths along the canals, the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre... In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.

This 16th century domain kept, through its architecture, the charm of the rural cottages of old; thick walls, low ceilings and narrow openings. While now more colorful and lit after being refurbished, the original floor plan is still the same: where there used to be a doorway or a window, you will still find one - authenticity and modernism combined. Elisabeth tends to the plants and decorating, Patrick works in the gardens outside. They both welcome the guests when able to, on arrival and departure. Feel free to ask them about any suggestions for things to do around the area.

From the cottage, several walking routes through the small roads, paths and nearby woods. 4 km away, the town of Nevers: Ducal Palace, cathedral, earthenware makers, museums, Châsse Sainte Bernadette. 12 km from the F1 circuit and the Magny-Cours golf course. Near the gîte, pony club and equestrian center, fun aquatic area and tree-climbing course at Imphy 10 km away. Other tourist destinations proposed on your arrival in Gondières.
