This contemporary cottage, both welcoming and functional, is nestled in the heart of a vast, verdant two-hectare estate, in a peaceful setting ideal for holidays with family or friends. On the ground floor, a beautiful open-plan living area with polished concrete floors includes a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to a large wooden terrace. You will also find a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, a second bedroom with parquet flooring also features two single beds that can be joined, offering comfort and flexibility as needed. The cottage is equipped with a high-efficiency pellet stove, providing gentle and pleasant warmth. Two cots and two high chairs are available. A large shared parking area and a spacious garden allow guests to fully enjoy the natural surroundings. The former train station adjacent to the estate serves as a reception area and houses a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as the caretaker's apartment upstairs. On the ground floor of the train station, a large communal dining room, equipped with a full kitchenette (oven, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), is available for guests to enjoy convivial meals. The cottage is offered on an all-inclusive basis: bed linens, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating, and electricity are included. Pets are welcome. It is possible to book the five cottages on the property independently to accommodate groups of up to 25 people.
