Beautiful traditional country house, built of period stone, with interiors spread over different levels: ground floor for the swimming pool, patio, and communal dining room for groups; first floor for the entrance to the cottages and their living areas; and second floor for the sleeping areas of each cottage. Each 100 m² cottage has three double bedrooms upstairs (queen-size or single beds), a double bathroom (two sinks and two separate walk-in showers), a separate toilet, an open-plan kitchen, and a living/dining room. They all open onto a walkway overlooking a magnificent patio and a covered, heated swimming pool/pond, open year-round. There is a shared laundry room (two washing machines and two dryers). La Bastide Saint Martin has created exceptional INTERIOR living spaces for its guests: - A unique, covered courtyard, designed like a riad in the Ardèche region, houses a lovely 6 x 4 x 1.5 m swimming pool/pond, which is secure and heated to between 28 and 32°C. Surrounding this are two vaulted stone rooms, opening onto the inner courtyard and the swimming pool, decorated in a style inspired by the South of France, somewhere between Provence and a Moroccan riad! The rooms are furnished to allow our guests to relax around beautiful wrought-iron and mosaic tables, and also to share meals with a view of the riad.
