We’re John and Michelle, originally from Blackburn in the UK, and welcoming guests to Le Chézeau is the fulfilment of a long‑held dream. After many years working in education, we chose to follow our passion for hospitality and countryside living, settling here in the beautiful Haute‑Vienne.
Family is at the heart of everything we do. Our three grown‑up children remain a big part of our story, and guests will often meet Daisy, our friendly working cocker spaniel, who loves greeting new arrivals and helps keep our gîtes truly pet‑friendly.
Since purchasing Le Chézeau in 2025, we’ve been carefully refreshing the properties, preserving their original charm while adding comfort, quality, and thoughtful touches. Our aim is simple: to offer warm, welcoming holiday homes where guests can relax, explore, and feel completely at ease.
We feel incredibly lucky to call this peaceful corner of France our home, and we look forward to sharing it with you — whether you’re joining us for a short break or a longer stay.
