Jeunes et dynamiques, nous venons d'acheter cette maison dans le cadre d'un projet familial.

Property info

Corps de ferme entièrement rénové avec beaucoup de charme et de caractère. Composé de 3 chambre d hôte, 1 gites plus notre habitation personnelle. Le gite présenté comprend 2 chambres borgne, une petite avec 2 lits 1 personne. Une deuxième avec un lit double (possibilité de rajouter un lit 1 personne) salle de bain attenante, un wc séparé. Une grande pièce de vie, avec salle à manger, salon et cuisine équiper (lave-vaisselle, cafetière Senseo, bouilloire, four, microonde) Nous avons également tout pour vous accueillir en famille (table à langer, chaise haute, lit parapluie sur demande). À l extérieur nous avons une piscine, une aire de jeux, trampoline pour enfants, table de Ping Pong, brasero, barbecue. Le tout sur un grand terrain avec une magnifique vue sur la campagne haute saônoise ! Nous vous proposons de nombreux loisirs en sus sur réservation : location de vélos, vols en montgolfière : Matthieu est pilote.

Neighborhood info

Situé sur le lieu-dit les Gambes, petit coin de paradis tranquille d'une dizaine de maisons au cœur de la campagne. De nombreux chemins pour des randonnées ou promenades à Vélo aux alentour. Situé à 15 minutes de Vesoul. A 25 minutes de Besançon, proche de la gare TGV a 20 min, 49 km de Montbéliard.
