To make your reunion a fabulous moment, enjoy this large house that can accommodate everyone with its four double bedrooms and an additional single bed in the games room. I can add a single bed to a bedroom if necessary. Upstairs, you will find two bathrooms with toilets, and there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is large and well equipped for cooking delicious meals for everyone. It has a food processor, a filter coffee machine, a pressure cooker, a soda stream, large frying pans for the induction hob and a proper oven for your culinary projects. There is no television, but there are two screens with HDMI cables to connect your laptops if you bring them with you. Young and old alike will enjoy the space, which is perfect for a family celebration, with large rooms, proper bedrooms, even for babies, and a games room. The garden in front of the house, with a barbecue and terrace for eating together, is fenced in for everyone's safety. Pets are welcome (to be paid for on site), of course. They just need to be calm and respectful of the premises. They are not allowed in the bedrooms. The original décor adds charm to this cottage, which is heated by wood on the ground floor and with radiators upstairs. A charming little hamlet with stone houses and narrow streets nestled between the houses. Beautiful paths lead to the forest next to the hamlet or through the rolling countryside and meadows. A few minutes from the neighbouring village, you will find all the shops you need as well as a family swimming area. There are many hiking and cycling trails starting from the hamlet. In the surrounding area, there are places to visit and sporting and cultural activities. Between nature and discoveries of magnificent sites such as Vézelay or the Château de Meaulnes, but also Guedelon, THE castle under construction! Lots of magical places to visit for young and old alike.
