Gîtes de France® Haute-Vienne promotes the Gîtes de France® brand in Haute Vienne. Based in Limoges, our team of five works hard to promote a network of over 500 gîtes and guest houses. Each property is carefully inspected and certified to ensure its quality. Our values are based on sharing, promoting tourism that is authentic, friendly, natural, peaceful, exploratory and spacious; on quality, encouraging tourist stays in the best conditions of hospitality and comfort; on responsibility, contributing to the promotion of heritage and the development of sustainable tourism; and on commitment, participating in local development and employment.

The bedroom is directly accessible from the living room and is divided into three areas: a small vestibule, separated only by a curtain, which leads to a separate toilet, a shower room, and the bedroom itself. Approximately 15 square meters, it includes a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a chest of drawers, and a small desk. The living room is shared with the owners. A large garden with a terrace is available for guests' use.

Fifteen years ago, Jorge, originally from the Netherlands, chose to settle in France, drawn by the peace and the richness of nature. Deeply connected to nature, he enjoys hearing the owl's hoot at nightfall and the discreet dance of the bats. Driven by a desire for self-sufficiency, he cultivates a simple lifestyle that respects his environment, even though this project is still developing step by step. Alongside him, Marie, originally from the Beauce region, brings warmth and gentleness to this place. Deeply committed to meeting new people and fostering a sense of community, she has dedicated a large part of her life to caring for others. Her natural kindness is immediately apparent upon entering the house. When they bought this house, an idea was already quietly taking shape within them: to open a bed and breakfast.
