IBARNIA is a beautiful Basque house, renovated in 2025, in the heart of the Basque Country, near the villages of Irissarry and Suhescun. From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by the spaciousness of this house, which comfortably accommodates 8 people, and by its outdoor area with a heated swimming pool overlooking the mountains. The cottage comprises: On the ground floor: - a large 70m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, air fryer), a lounge area, and a sitting area (pellet stove) - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a dressing room - 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160cm) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90cm) - a shower room - a toilet - a laundry room (washing machine and freezer) Upstairs: - a large 65m² mezzanine with a relaxation area and TV, a home office with a desk, and a games area with table football, darts, and children's games... - a shower room - a toilet The IBARNIA cottage offers comfortable amenities: beds are made upon arrival, towels and linens are included, as well as heating and end-of-stay cleaning. Pellets for the stove are provided. Outside, a heated swimming pool (9m x 4m), open from June 1st to September 25th and secured by a roller shutter, is at your disposal. You can relax on the terrace or sun loungers while enjoying the pleasant setting of the cottage. You can also easily access the starting points of numerous hiking trails in the region, explore the citadel of Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, and discover the Basque provinces of Lower Navarre and Soule.
