Facing La Brèche, central place of Niort, come and live a unique Niort experience. The former Barclays bank, which has now become the Ile de La Brèche, offers three completely renovated apartments. A few steps from the hyper-center and its shops, not far from Sèvre Niortaise dominated by the keep, come and stay in one of our three jewels: l'Or de Ré, Délice d'Oléron, and La Perle de Noirmoutier. Enjoy all your autonomy with the equipped kitchen and all the essential appliances: coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, microwave ... You have a shower room, with walk-in shower and hanging toilet. For a moment of relaxation, enjoy the spa bath only available in l'Or de Ré, or a balcony only in Délice d'Oléron. Finally, for optimal comfort, the accommodations have reversible air conditioning, a flat screen TV and free and unlimited WiFi.
Initially, work colleagues in the Paris Fire Brigade and now friends, our desire for adventure and our love for real estate led us to an ambitious project Starting from an old bank transformed into three magnificent apartments, we wanted to provide you with these exceptional places for curious and demanding travelers. We hope you will be seduced by these places of charm and taste for which we have devoted an entire year to their design. Your smiles and positive comments will be our greatest rewards. See you soon.
