The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned house for rent in the commune of Cervione, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 27 m² living room with TV and sofa - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and two single folding beds (ideal for children) Exterior: - A shared, unheated swimming pool (2 x 10×5m), open from mid-May to mid-September. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. - A lovely 25 m² enclosed garden - A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - A security camera is located in the living room. Please disconnect it on arrival and reconnect it before departure. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
