Johlie is a traditional Landes farmhouse, tastefully restored by John and Lieke. Each room has a private shower room. In the spacious garden, you can completely unwind in the shade of the mature trees or take a refreshing dip in the pool. You can also take a yoga class on the beautiful wooden terrace or enjoy a reiki and or a massage session. Johlie is located halfway between Bayonne and Dax, between the ocean and the Pyrenees. Relaxation is guaranteed in a peaceful setting.

John and Lieke are passionate and creative yoga teachers who emigrated from Belgium at the end of 2024 to create a serene place where peace, nature and inspiration come together.

Oeyregave is a little countryvillage near Peyrehorade (3km), where you can enjoy the local market every Wednesday and Saturday. The surrounding greenery and the rivers "Le Gave" and "l'Adour" are beautiful for walking or cycling. Beaches are 30km from Johlie and the ocean is well known for it's surfing area's. In Hastingues, you'll feel like you're in a medieval village. In Espelette, you can see red peppers drying on the facades of houses. The Compostela route passes through the beautiful abbey of Sorde-l'Abbaye and is well worth a visit. Biarritz Airport is 35km from Johlie. You can also reach Peyrehorade by train.
