Studio on the 1st floor with elevator, located in a residence with swimming pool, in Guéthary, an authentic fishing village. Old and contemporary rub shoulders in a Basque-Moroccan atmosphere. Opening onto a 9 m2 terrace, this cottage offers comfort and modernity. A very well-equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave), A lounge area with connected TV (Netflix), WIFI, a large bed in 180 x 200. The bathroom with walls covered in blue zellige and the double shower head of the large shower bring a touch of exoticism. Bed made for your arrival. Towels provided included. Washing machine and dryer in the studio (cupboard). Electric heating included. Cleaning fee of 70 euros if cleaning not done. Studio located on the 1st floor with elevator. Additional advantages: the reserved parking space and the swimming pool accessible from 9am to 9pm from May 15 to October 15. The beach is 1 km away and the shops are 500m away. You can also get to the cottage by train, a stop at Guéthary station is possible. The price does not included: - housework - house linen (no rental)
