Hello, I welcome you in this beautiful apartment of 45 m2 only by appointment. I live in Saint-Prest small village between Chartres and Maintenon 15 minutes

Property info

bright and spacious duplex apartment, shower room with window, separate kitchen, spacious room in the heart of Maintenon, historic town and its castle. Town with many shops within walking distance. The housing does not have private parking but parking is free nearby. the apartment has two bed two places, a 140X190 bed in the upstairs bedroom and a sofa 140x190 RAPIDO confort. It is important to respect the neighborhood, parties are banned.

Maintenon is located halfway between Chartres and Rambouillet. See Lights of Chartres. To do, Golf, balloon ride, the Odyssey Aquatic Complex 15 minutes.
