Set up for relaxation and conviviality, guests can bask in the warm water of the circular outdoor bathtub while others enjoy the chill area under the velum and around the brazier. This house has been refit in 2022. Everything was done by local partners, artistes, brands. You will find 4 surfboards, 2 bikes, 2 longskates and you will have the chance to test some local gifts (Coffee, beers, wine, cosmetic etc...) The house was completely renovated in 2022. The KindaHouse’s decoration, furnishing and furnishing work was carried out by local companies and designers carefully selected to make the KindaHouse a showcase house of local craftsmanship. In the style of a full-size showroom, the KindaHouse guests and guests can discover on site and test these achievements in real conditions throughout their stay. The KindaHouse is equipped with high-end sports equipment (surfboards, Beach cruiser bikes, neoprene combinations, longskates...) and consumer products from local brands: roasted coffee in the region, local beers, wines, organic cosmetics... a welcome pack is given to each rental.

La KindaHouse is above all a pretty little house on one level for rent (6 people), completely renovated, located in Seignosse les Bourdaines, behind the dune, 200 meters from the beach and the pine forest, in an intimate setting with a small garden and overlooking a pretty wooded park with pond.
