This comfortable cottage maintained by the care of a former professional hotelier will delight you during your stay in Épernay. You can enjoy a spa while tasting a Champagne wine of your choice, rest in a double bed or prepare your meal in a 38m2 apartment in the colors of champagne. The housing inaugurated in December 2020 is completely new, the photos presented here are therefore for illustrative purposes.
Cédric has worked for many caterers in prestigious champagne houses. Butler, he has a taste for perfection and will convince you that welcoming people is his passion. You will appreciate the small platters that he can concoct for you for breakfast or even as an aperitif ! Gregory, music teacher, will also know how to make the most of his helpfulness and take care of the administrative management of your stay.
Former working-class district, characterized by these red bricks around the top of the houses, the streets grew thanks to the development, at the end of the 19th century, of the work of the railway workers and the development of the railway lines. A ten-minute walk from Avenue de Champagne or the town center, you can take advantage of all the tours offered by Épernay and its surroundings : cellar tours, tethered balloon, tourist train.
