☆Welcome to our gîte "l'effet mer", located 5 minutes' walk from the D-Day landing beaches and the centre of town (shops and restaurants). Our warm and tastefully decorated guest house (renovated in 2020) comprises: - Ground floor: *a lovely, very bright 37 m2 living room with TV and pellet stove, which you will appreciate when you return from your walks in autumn or winter (pellets supplied) *shower room with spacious walk-in shower and washbasin/fixture, electric towel warmer *separate WC * Fully-equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, microwave oven, traditional oven, kettle, toaster) open to the living room for more conviviality. You'll also appreciate our snack bar and bar seats for enjoying a coffee or sharing an aperitif! Upstairs, * 3 bright bedrooms with large skylights and wardrobes * 1 mezzanine reading and games area (toys and board games) with children's table and chairs and a small sofa. Cellar equipped with washing machine, stand-up table, bar seats, large cushions for garden furniture in pallets to enjoy the garden. Baby and toddler equipment available on request. Board games and books available for young children and the whole family. Raclette and/or pierrade machines available on request (no extra charge). Very good internet speed In fine weather, you can make the most of the large green garden and pretty outdoor area.
