Our gite, located on the upper floor, has been created for your comfort and privacy, with dining outside in 3 possible areas: on the balcony, the terrace or the upper area. The gite has a slight rustic homely feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, food processor and coffee machine. The bathroom is finished to a high standard and has both a shower and a bath. There are two sinks for guests.
A team of two - my husband and I. We relocated from the UK, as we wanted warmer weather. We reside on the lower floor and have two gorgeous dogs that are very friendly and reside downstairs with us. Unfortunately we don't allow dogs in the gite so it can be kept to its optimum cleanliness for guests.
The gite is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet location. Eus is a 5 / 10 minute walk with its pedestrianised cobbled streets. There are a couple of cafe's to eat at with beautiful views. There are many places to visit. The regions website is a good place to do some research into places to visit. Villefranche de Conflent is a medieval town. Orgues D'Ille-Sur-Tet - sand and clay formations that erosion has shaped over time. Vinca Lake with water activities, outdoor activities at Marquixanes, and Molitg Les Bains with its superb thermal spa. Hiking is also a big part of this area, and there are plenty of walks from Eus around the Pyrenees. Mount Canigou can be hiked to over a few days. Or of course, you don't have to do anything, but just sit by the pool in the glorious sunshine that the South of France provides.
