Nested in a very quiet little street in the historic center of Avignon, renovated in 2021, "L'Appart" is the ideal place for your stay in Avignon, the City of the Popes. With an independent entrance with a staircase providing access to the first floor, L'Appart is bright and quiet. You will be there in peace to relax after a long day of visiting! Spacious, with its living room and open kitchen, its independent bathroom, and its spacious bedroom, L'Appart is fully equipped for your comfort: Wifi, air conditioning, flat screen TV, espresso machine, washing machine and laundry machine. Please note: l'Appart has an independent entrance and is located on the second floor. Access is by a spiral staircase, visible in the photos.
Born in Avignon, we spent our entire childhood there and enjoyed the Avignon Festival every summer. We currently live in the US for professional reasons but we return as soon as possible to this beautiful city full of History. It is with great pleasure that we propose "L'Appart", hoping that your stay will make you love this little gem of Provence as much as we do!
"L'Appart" is located in the historic center, 20 minutes walk from Avignon Center train station and 15 minutes walk from a large free parking and also accessible by free shuttle. Rue Pommier is in the heart of the historic center of Avignon, less than 200 ft from market, restaurants and shops of Rue Carreterie. Nearby, you can enjoy the calm of the Jardin des Carmes square, and the bustle of the central market of Les Halles. And in around ten minutes you will reach the Palais des Papes, the Jardin des Doms, or Rue de la République. If you come for the Festival, you will be in the heart of the action, literally surrounded by theaters.
