Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Fieux, this charming house (old farm) of lime pit foot, of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 35 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 10 000 m² and two terraces. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks: - The use of chimneys is prohibited. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - The house is located in the countryside and therefore close to wildlife (deer, wild boars, foxes, rabbits, mice, etc.

In the surrounding towns, you will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Tourist sites: 10 km (Nérac) on the banks of the Baïse river, castle, LUD'O PARC aquatic leisure centre, horse riding centre. At 20 km (Roquefort) WALYGATOR amusement park (ex-WALIBI). - Sporting activities: mountain biking, hiking... - Events: Night market once a week in Nérac and open air cinema in the summer.
