THE ADVANTAGES: - Sea View - Heated swimming pool (from mid-April to end of September) - 2 Beaches 5 minutes walk: 2 different atmospheres: A Natura 2000 beach (Prunete Beach, dogs allowed) and a seaside beach (2 restaurants/huts). - Residence secured via a beeper. - Private parking. - High-speed WiFi via dedicated SFR Fiber Box - Fully air-conditioned (living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs). Here are some additional details regarding the accommodation: Kitchen : - New microwave and mini oven (2024) - For young and old gourmands: crepe maker, sandwich maker, pancake machine, new (2024) - New large capacity fridge/freezer (2024) - Dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster - New electric barbecue (2024) Upstairs bedrooms: Master bedroom SEA VIEW: - Queen size spring mattress (160/200 SIMMONS LOTUS-R) new (2024) with TV and SFR decoder. Additional room: - 2 80*190 beds with the possibility of combining them into a large bed. The stay: - Large air-conditioned living room benefiting from a warm “seaside” type decoration, purchased from Maison du Monde (2024) as well as its new sofa (2024). - A flat screen TV equipped with an SFR HD TV decoder, (the SFR starter channel bouquet is available with the possibility of activating optional bouquet/theme channels on request). The bathroom: - Spacious and equipped with a washing machine and a bathtub as well as a WC. In addition, the house is equipped with a second separate toilet.
Welcome to BénéCIOLA, our little haven of peace, which we would like you to discover. It was completely renovated this year (bedding, sofa, appliances, decoration). We wanted it to be as warm for us as for you, because it is also our vacation home. Its large 9m2 terrace as well as its 68m2 garden, equipped with a barbecue and sun loungers, will allow you to recharge your batteries.
