Hello The house is close to the town centre and you can do your shopping on foot. The house has 3 floors and 1 mezzanine, so it has its own staircase. Ground floor kitchen and dining area 1st floor 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom and 1 toilet 2 summer floor 1 bedroom and 1 small lounge On the mezzanine floor 1 comfortable lounge There is no outside area and therefore no garden, but there is a small garden 30 m away with a picnic table and a children's play area. Owning a house in La Canourgue was an obvious choice... Having worked there, I fell in love with La Canourgue, known as 'La Venise lozérienne' ... For us, it was only natural to rent out this property so that future holidaymakers could discover this beautiful village... We designed this house to make you feel at home.... Nanou and Paulin
The street is quiet since narrowed at the level of the house which implies that only one car can pass at a time .. But it is not a boulevard ... The bakery is 60 meters .. In the morning it's nice not to do too many kms to have fresh bread .. The main square is 100 meters with pharmacy .. Florist .. Small Casino .. Butcher .. Various Restaurant -Pizzérias etc…
