Just 800 m from the station and a few metres from local shops (bakery, butcher's, cheese shop, fashion, home decoration, etc.). Around ten restaurants in the immediate vicinity, including a Michelin-starred restaurant. Free parking nearby (Place de la Mairie). Exit 4 Montaigu off the A83 is 8 minutes away. We are 15 minutes from Clisson and Hellfest, 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, Nantes and La Roche sur Yon, and 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and the Côte de Lumière. Located in the very centre of the historic town of Montaigu. We completely renovated the accommodation in 2025, using quality materials, with the aim of offering you a very comfortable stay. Large bedding, quality household linen. Bright, quiet accommodation. Ideal for a family, tourist or business stay. Hot drinks available. Your accommodation comprises : - a separate entrance on a quiet street. - a studio flat * with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, 2-burner hob, kettle, Senseo coffee maker), hoover and a washing machine. * a lounge area with 139cm connected TV and hundreds of channels * a dining area for 4 people * sleeping area with 160cm bed, 4 pillows, memory foam mattress topper, cotton gauze sheets. Ample storage space. * bathroom with shower, WC and thick towels - one bedroom * 180cm bed with memory foam mattress overlay, 4 pillows, can be converted into two 90cm beds, cotton gauze sheets. * a bathroom with shower, WC, thick towels. * desk area, wardrobe * 108cm connected TV Possibility of renting the studio or the bedroom (for 2 people) or both (for 4 people or to increase your space and comfort).
