Bienvenue à la Citadelle Endormie. Charmant appartement de 30m2 totalement rénové en 2024, situé au 2ème étage, composé d'une grande pièce de vie sous un toit cathédrale, et décoré avec soin. Une chambre avec un lit de 2 pers. en 140x190 et un canapé convertible confortable pour 2 pers. supp. Le logement est central, situé à Pouancé, aux portes de l'Anjou et de la Bretagne. Point fort : machine à laver, machine à café avec dosettes, équipements bébé (lit parapluie et chaise haute).
