Cocoonr agency offers this 145 m² house in Dogneville, which sleeps up to 8 people, to rent. It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, a shower room and a 100 m² garden. The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140×190) - A shower room - Separate WC First floor: - A children's relaxation area on the landing (with table football, table tennis, children's pool table and board games) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining WC - Bedrooms 4 & 5: each with a single bed (90x200) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A private, unenclosed 100 m² garden, with garden furniture - A 50 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
