Comfortable single storey house with lots of character in converted sheep barn on traditional old farm (built 1860) with 15th century dovecote. Large living room (TV, DVD player, stereo, hi-fi, WIFI). Open-plan fitted kitchen (coffee machine, Nespresso machine). 2 large bedrooms (queen-size bed with 220x240 duvet),(3 single beds with 150x200 duvets), shower room (dual washbasin), separate WC (wash-hand basin). Baby equipment free on request (cot, bath, bouncing chair, booster seat). Gas central heating (extra charge). House in leafy unspoilt countryside with owners' fenced flower garden (1.2 hectares) with outdoor furniture, deckchairs, sunshade, BBQ, swings, sunny terrace, private parking. Owners' English sheep can be seen in the distance! In the central Nivernais, near historical and natural sites: Nevers, Vézelay, Guédelon, La Charité-sur-Loire, Morvan Regional Nature park, banks of river Loire and its vineyards: Sancerre, Pouilly. Near Baye water sports centre (wind surfing, swimming), Les Settons lake and Canal du Nivernais. Many woods and forests, hiking and horse/pony trekking (pony club). Perfect for those wanting a peaceful yet active holiday.
