On lovely property near town centre (shops/services). Single-storey new build house, adjoining owners' home (rented as gîte from June to August), on fenced wooded grounds (5,500 sq.m.). Separate entrance. Large separate kitchen (picture windows opening on terrace), lounge area in entrance hall. 2 bedrooms (double bed in each). Shower room, WC. Oil-fired central heating & electricity (no extra charge). Shared courtyard and garden with private area. Cleaning at end of stay possible (extra charge). Municipal swimming pool 200m away. Don't miss: Châtillonnais Museum (famous Vix vase), sources of river Seine, Crémant de Bourgogne tourist route. Lovely forest walks, rivers. Marcenay lake 15km. 15km from Champagne region.
