The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned flat in Bourbon-Lancy for rent. It measures 41 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the ground floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 100 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living room with a TV, armchairs and an open-plan fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a 160×200 bed - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A shared, enclosed garden of 100 m², facing west and furnished with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days Other notes: - Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of e15 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted. Please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner).
