We sit is 6 hectares of meadow and/woodlands of which 3 hectares are totally untouched and left for nature. You are very welcome to explore the grounds and maybe see a deer, wild boar (if you are quiet) or hear the amazing range of bird song, also, you could simply grab a deckchairs and just chill. Chateauguiliaume the reputed birth place of Eleanor of Aquitaine is an easy 20 minutes walk, or take a longer hike to the Chateau via the country paths.

I trained as a Fine Artist in the United Kingdom and create sculpture and vessels in clay inaddition to drawings and paintings, primarily in oils. When I am not ensuring your comfort, I will be in my studio or one of the gardens.

Here in la brenne it is all about nature....very beautiful and peaceful....the centre of the parc regional is 25 minutes drive with over a 1,000 lakes to discover...cycling, walking, bird watching all popular pastimes....the maison du parc at Rosnay is a must for detailed information about the area....chateau guilliaume is 10 minutes walk from le domaine and as the birthplace of Eleanor of Aquitaine worth a visit.....les heriolles monthly market is on the 29th ..chez Leon in prissac is a great place to eat.....the rest you can discover for yourself!
