Welcome to La Ferme du Domaine de Bassol, a spacious 380 m² house, ideal for stays with family or friends. With a large 15,000 m² garden, it can accommodate up to 15 people. Enjoy the private heated swimming pool, billiards table, fireplace, and piano. Located in the countryside, with no neighbors in sight, 4 km from Vonnas, it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and explore the region. 🏡The accommodation The house has 5 bedrooms, each equipped with queen-size beds and storage space. One bedroom is a dormitory with 7 single beds, ideal for groups. Bathrooms • Bathroom 1: Bathtub, toilet, towel dryer • Bathroom 2: Shower, towel dryer • Bathroom 3: Shower, towel dryer The main living room on the ground floor is spacious with a fireplace (⚠️ Do not use), a table for 15 people, and comfortable armchairs. There is a living room upstairs with a pool table, guitar, and TV for leisure time. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a Smeg oven, Hisense refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a wide selection of utensils. Outside The 15,000 m² private garden includes a heated swimming pool (May-September), a well, a swing, a fishing pond, sun loungers, and an outdoor table. The pool is accessible 24 hours a day with a safety cover. ⚠️ Rules: Plastic cups around the pool. Please supervise children near the well, lake, and pool. Guest access Free parking spaces with charging stations located at the back of the courtyard (do not park on the grass or in the driveway). Other remarks Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, pets not allowed. 🛡️ Security deposit: A security deposit of 2000 euros is required via Swikly, our secure partner. The town of Vonnas is renowned for its famous three-star chef Georges Blanc and its two large golf courses nearby. The town center is a mix of old buildings located in the very center and newer buildings on the outskirts. These newer buildings are located in different areas depending on when they were built: 20th-century buildings are mainly located south of the town center. North of the railway line, a neighborhood built in the late 2000s has enabled Vonnas to grow demographically. Every Thursday morning, between the market square and the church, the weekly market takes place. Every week, around fifty traders sell clothing, food, shoes, flowers, haberdashery, and other products. At the end of May, fairground rides are set up on Place Ferdinand-de-Béost to bring the village center to life. A month later, on the first Sunday in July, the Crêpe and Horse Festival has been celebrated since 1995. This day is enlivened by the sale of sweet Vonnas crêpes, horse parades, and equestrian shows. However, there are other activities to enjoy as well. Vonnas has always been a commercial village, particularly in the 19th and 20th centuries, when commercial life was concentrated around the market square. Today, the commercial district is occupied by the Blanc village, with all the buildings managed by Georges Blanc, who has thus acquired the heart of the village. Today, there are many shops in the center and on the outskirts. There are two supermarkets, a Carrefour Market and an Intermarché.
