Neighborhood info

In the heart of the countryside of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, the house, entirely converted on the ground floor raised by a dozen steps, opens onto the countryside without vis-à-vis. Shaded lawn of 900 m² fully enclosed. The owners' second home is adjoining but each has completely independent entrances and grounds. The lake of Saint Mathieu with beach is 2 km away, close to the greenway for hiking or cycling.
