Entrance hall (sofa bed, desk), fitted kitchen with central island opening onto living room/lounge (sofa bed), dining room (wood-burning stove). 2 communicating bedrooms (queen-size bed in each). Bathroom/WC (bath tub, walk-in shower). Utility room. Terrace in private courtyard overlooking back of house. Terrace accessed via living room and 2nd bedroom. Parking in secure, enclosed courtyard on property. Shared heated swimming pool (7x4m), open mid May to September, depending on weather. Loan of bikes. Included in rent: cost of central heating, firewood, electricity, bed linen, towels, cleaning at end of stay. Folding cot & high chair for baby.Nearby: Vélorail (pedal-driven rail trolley) at Champagne-sur-Vingeanne, cycle track alongside Champagne-Bourgogne canal, châteaux of Rosières, Fontaine-Française, Arcelot, Talmay & Beaumont-sur-Vingeanne, tourist village of Bèze (caves, resurgence). Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy (classed as city of Artistic and Historical interest) with many cultural and gastronomic activities (museums, churches, cathedral, the Chouette discovery trail, future Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin, Michelin starred restaurants, etc.). Shops/services at Fontaine-Française, 5km.
