Moulin de Rochoux Gites are set on the banks of the Argenton river and offers complete peace and tranquility the moment you turn down the private tree lined driveway. Just follow the river for 300 meters and arrive at the 15thC former bakehouse and Millers house set in 12 acres of gardens and orchards, with amazing river views. Whether you enjoy fishing, flora and fauna or just relaxing in the sun - this is the place for you. Close to - Puydu Fou Bioparc Futurescope Parc de la Vallèe Chateau’s Vineyards And much more. . .
La Coudre is in the region of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine in the Deux Sèvres. It has a wonderful Bakery, Post Office and Church within walking distance. Just 7 minutes is Argentonnay with all amenities - Lesuire park with summer pool, Supermarket, Boulangerie, Church, Takeaways, Restaurant on the lake ‘Le Lac’, Bar, Bank, Chemist, Doctor and Dentist. Nueil Les Aubiers also 7 minutes away, with all of the above and more. . . .including a fabulous Château (one of so many in the area) The town of Bressuire is only 16 minutes away and has all the amenities required but also Sports, Bowling, Cinema, Château and endless Restaurants and Takeaways
