A beautiful Charantaise Longere set on the edge of a tranquil village. We're close to modern supermarkets, towns with restaurants, shops and country markets. Ideally located for access to the RN10 and the airports of Poitiers and Limoges.

We enjoy our new life in France and are very lucky to have found the beautiful village of Champagné le sec. We both enjoy cycling, walking and the tranquility of life here in rural France.

Champagné le sec is very quiet and peaceful. Village life in France moves at a very 'steady' pace. We received a very warm welcome from our neighbours when we moved here in 2013. We now feel that we are part of a very friendly and active community.
