Old house newly restored with genuine materials (oak, lime stone...) with a modern touch and with all the modern comfort...even a Piano Pleyel 1/4 modèle F. Récently modernised to get lots of light and watch open nature all around. The house are in a closed and secure park where wild deers can be seen in the morning and in the evening. The Manor is along the canal de Berry for uninterrupted walks or daily jogging and the bicycles track along the canal ... A place loved by couples and nature lovers... large garden for private use, sun chairs … and much more …
Economist in London for many many years specialised in Asset Allocation and financial markets. Father of two boys. Living between Paris and Touraine. Garden, Art and Architecture lover.. hence the Nouies project...
Calm and country. Very close to the now famous Zoo de Beauval, very nice and surprising. Also close the Loire Chateaux like Chambord, cheverny, Chenonceaux, Valencay... House is in a Park where Rein deers can be seen during the day. Easy to just walk along the canal du Berry edging the park or cycling around hilly paths in the vineyard of Noyers sur Cher .... a lot to do for the ones who likes culture and nature. We will please very pleased to meet you and your family and friends in the part of Touraine and Sologne. Wishing you the best, Francois
