Upon entering the property, you will discover a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, all necessary cookware, a full set of tableware, as well as a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine to start your day right. You will also find a washer-dryer and everything needed for basic household maintenance. The ground floor then opens onto a cozy living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. A bookshelf is available with books, regional guides, and several board games for enjoyable moments together. A flat-screen TV connected to the home’s internet box allows you to access your favorite streaming platforms. The property naturally includes Wi-Fi access. A toilet is also available on the ground floor. Heading upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms and the bathroom. The Blue Room features a comfortable queen-size bed. The second bedroom, called "Pois Chiche", is furnished with two 90 cm single beds. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

The house is located at the entrance of a small courtyard of former fishermen’s homes, just 400 meters from Étretat’s beach and 100 meters from the nearest shops.
