Area 60 m2. On the ground floor: a bright living room offers the dining area and the kitchen area, a bedroom (1 140 cm bed), a shower room with wc. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine converted into a lounge area with a beautiful view of the countryside (double sofa bed, TV). Pellet stove, heated towel rail and portable electric radiators.

In a quiet hamlet located in the Périgord Limousin natural park, the tastefully renovated little house opens onto a large enclosed courtyard and has a grassy field. On the side, a shelter can be used as a covered terrace or as a carport.
