Cocoonr agency offers this charming 100 m² house in Futeau to rent for up to 4 people. It comprises a lovely living room with air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living room with a sofa, TV, pellet stove and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A lovely 3,800 m² private enclosed garden - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - Jacuzzi for up to 6 people, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from 29 June to 06 September. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - The stove is functional and pellet is provided free of charge. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to favourable weather conditions. - For the security of the owners, the accommodation is equipped with a video surveillance system filming the entrance to the property. This system will be deactivated during your stay. - Two cats regularly roam around the property. They are used to living outdoors. Please do not let them into the property.

The house is ideally situated in Futeau, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station : TGV: Issoncourt about 20 km away TER: Verdun about 30 km away - Nearest airport: Metz-Nancy, approx. 140 km away. You will need a car to fully enjoy the region.
