Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a mezzanine with a single bed (90x190). The property also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Outside, enjoy a pleasant terrace equipped with garden furniture and an awning—perfect for meals or relaxing. A private parking space is also included.
