La Maison du Parc situated on the borders of the Lot Garonne and gives easy access to all three rivers are nearby. The Lot, just 150m across the park, The Tarn and The Garonne rivers are just a short drive away. A continental breakfast is included in the price served inside or on the terrace. Lisa is a yoga teacher, so a sense of pervading calmness was the goal. Ricardo, as the name may suggest, is of Italien heritage and loves to cook, not only wonderful Italien dishes, but has been inspired by the wonderful array of local produce to be found in the local markets and surrounding countryside. Lisa is a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and a Qualified Yoga Sports Coach with The Institute of Yoga sport Science in New York If you are a yoga practitioner or would like to discover yoga, Lisa is available for morning or evening yoga lessons either in the Park or along the banks of the Lot, to be reserved in advance.
