LA MAISON FORTE is an ancient fortified manor of the medieval period, completely restored in a modern and comfort way. It is located in a very tiny village on a small hill, with a breathtaking view on the fields and not far from the famous village of Issigeac, old medieval town, known for its colorful and rich of local products Sunday market. Animals are NOT accepted.
I´m a doctor, and I after I quit medicine, I started my B&B, six years ago, and now with my new property, it´s time to carry on and to make new aquaintances and to meet new people and new cultures in this beautiful area of France, rich of history. And meeting new cultures is always very interesting to me. My B&B has allowed me to discover that taking care of people it´s not only from a medical point of view.
Montaut is a very tiny village with its own church, on a small hill, surrounded by cultivated fields, not far from the medieval town of Issigeac, known for its colorful Sunday market.
