Situated in a large park in the centre of L’Isle Jourdain, La Maison Ribotteau is the perfect place to stay, with the convenience of the town on the doorstep – just a few minutes’ walk away from restaurants and bars. A maison de maître built in the late 19th Century, La Maison Ribotteau offers you a special place to relax with amazing views across the valley from the house and gardens (including the L’Isle Jourdain viaduct). The house has a large sun terrace and in the season (May to October) there is a heated swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for your enjoyment. At certain times we offer a table d'hôtes menu for guests and we have a bar - please enquire if you are interested in dining here. You are assured of a warm welcome, a comfortable room and a good breakfast – and free WiFi!

Located on the River Vienne, L’Isle Jourdain offers access to many leisure activities – walking, cycling, kayaking, watersports - and is within easy reach of attractions such as the Circuit Val de Vienne, Vallée des Singes and Planet of the Crocodiles. In the summer season, there are acrobatic tree courses, ziplining and bungee-jumping from the viaduct, all within a few minutes’ walk of the house. L’Isle Jourdain is situated 53 km from Poitiers, 83km from Limoges and 92km from Angouleme.
