You will be allured by the charm of this property 17th overhanging the Sarthe, in a bucolic environment. The promises of walks at the edge of the river will allow you, to 250 km of Paris, to make a true station-wagon. This property owes any sound charms with its exceptional location. Entirely restored, Marronnière, kept all its authenticity and took the aspect of a big house of family vacancies. Comfortable residence of the 17th century to the antique furniture, of which the living room opens on the river, Marronniere, conceals as much charm than the framework him even: pastoral, family and delicious. One night under the wings of a butterfly, calms and alleviating, a bosky bower, delicate mets, a pleasant and attentive company. One dreamed?
