Property info

Located near the shaded parking area in Leygat, the La Murette gîte is accessed through a large bay window in the gable end. On the raised ground floor: an entrance hall overlooked by a mezzanine (not accessible to the rented guests). Living room with open-plan kitchen. Two bedrooms each have two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (180 cm). One bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Shower room with toilet, plus a separate toilet with washbasin. Electric heating. Private terrace. To ensure an responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay.

Neighborhood info

15 minutes south of Limoges, 1 km from the village of Solignac, famous for its abbey church and abbey, Leygat overlooks the Briance Valley. An old barn has been renovated into a house and two completely independent gîtes. They are surrounded by a private, enclosed 8-hectare forest and landscaped park with 4 km of paths and trails for walking and exploring. From the gîte, an off-road path leads to the village of Solignac (1 km). A heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m), open from June to September depending on the weather, is shared with the other gîte and the owners. Access to a large games room with fireplace (library, table football, ping-pong, board games, etc.). Shaded parking, shelter for bicycles and motorcycles. Adult and children's bicycles are available. Swing, boules pitch, etc.
