La Musicale is located in a quiet loft in downtown Rouen, in the La Croix de Pierre district, just 150 meters from pedestrian streets and restaurants, and a 15-minute walk from Rouen train station. Public transport is nearby, making it easy for you to explore the area. Breakfast, mainly made with local and organic products, is offered. La Musicale is above a professional recording studio, which the hosts will gladly show you. A secure garage (4.90 m long) is available for an extra fee. Street parking is also possible. Bikes and motorcycles can be parked on the property. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. A baby bed and child mattress are available on request, as well as space in the fridge and freezer.
