Deluxe Duplex - modern and luxurious, newly renovated by an interior designer with two independent bedrooms, comfort and SPA in a 19th century mansion. 20m from the Forum Square and 600m from the Cathedral. Can accommodate up to 6 people. High-end services. This 80m² (860sq ft) apartment is ideal for demanding families and groups of friends wanting to discover Reims and reside in a friendly and charming place! Located in the right wing of a neoclassical mansion built in 1859, you can enjoy comfort and tranquility in an elegant and modern setting. The ground floor includes the large living area, very bright, with a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room (with its large sofa bed 160x200, 4K HD TV ) and the dining area. On the 1st floor, you find the SPA bathroom (double sink, walk-in shower, sauna, steam room), the independent toilets, and the two bedrooms, each equipped with a king size bed (180x200) and a 4K HD TV. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The beds are made on arrival. Coffee, tea and cold drinks available.
Ideally located in a quiet and paved street, 20m from the Forum, its terraces, brasseries and local shops allowing you a real life neighborhood experience. The Halles du Boulingrin are 400m away, the Notre Dame de Reims Cathedral 600m. The station Reims Centre is 700m away, bus and tram stops 5 minutes. You are in the historic center and the majority of the sites of interest can be visited on foot.
