Property info

On the ground floor: living room-kitchenette with sitting area, small unusual lounge area set up in the old bread oven (ideal for meditation), shower room with toilet. Upstairs, accessible by a miller's ladder type staircase, an attic bedroom (1 double bed) opens onto a small balcony. Small terrace in front of the house and completely independent terrace facing the pond. No washing machine or internet connection.

In the countryside, the small road does not go beyond the tiny hamlet of three houses. The cottage is very close to the other two houses. It opens onto a lawn with a pretty view of a pond of more than 1 ha. Ideal for recharging your batteries, hiking, discovering a green region of forests and meadows where superb Limousin cows graze. Saint Leonard de Noblat, the beautiful medieval city is 15 km away, Lake Vassivière 25 minutes away and Lake Bujaleuf 5 minutes away.
